Thane's Neck Farm Alpacas

FREE REBREED: All females are sold with one free breeding to any herdsire owned by Thane's Neck Farm.

LIVE BIRTH GUARANTEE: All female alpacas sell with a live birth guarantee. Should your alpaca not have a live birth or the
cria dies in the first 5 days, Thane's Neck Farm will rebreed for free.

FREE AGISTMENT: Six months free agistment is offered on all alpacas. Thereafter, it is $2.50/day. Cria by their mother's
side are free until weaned. Agistment includes feed, minerals, monthly health checks, nail trims, vaccines and worming. All
veterinary expenses incurred are the responsibility of the Buyer.

GOING HOME PACKAGE: When our alpacas leave Thane's Neck Farm they are sent with a Going Home Package that
includes a Zephyr halter and lead, 1/2 bale of hay, a week's worth of grain and a feed dish. You will also have copies of
their full medical, breeding and genetic history from their time spent at Thane's Neck Farm.

FINANCING TERMS: We understand the desire to own your first alpacas and how difficult it can be to get financing from
banks or government agencies. Let us help you get started. We can design a purchase plan that fits your needs... just
ask. Example of terms:

50% down paid at time of purchase. Balance financed at 3% fixed for up to 24 months.
33% down paid at time of purchase. Balance financed at 4% fixed for up to 24 months.
25% down paid at time of purchase. Balance financed at 5% fixed for up to 24 months.
0% down. Balance financed at 6% fixed for up to 24 months.

Payments are to be made monthly. Buyer will be required to a purchase agreement and must insure alpaca(s) in the
amount of money financed, naming Thane's Neck Farm as loss payee. Alpacas may not leave Thane's Neck Farm until
75% of note has been paid. No financed alpacas will have registration papers transferred into the Buyers name until they
have been paid in full.
